The 2008 USFF Massachusetts Futsal Association's State Cup Championship is scheduled to take place at the central Massachusetts'  Mansfield  Sportsplex on January 12 & 13, 2008.   This year's State Cup Event will be hosted and sponsored by New England Futsal.

This year's State Cup is being co-chaired by Mr. Timothy Kaliff and Mr. Richard Ramos.  The event registrar and  is Mrs. Brenda Davis.  These individuals may be contacted at:

• Each team will play at least 3 qualifying matches.  Each match will be 30
  minutes long, comprised of two 15 minute halves, with a running clock except
  in the last two minutes of the match. 
• Final matches will be 40 minutes, comprised of two 20 minute halves.

  	* Please note that these age groups are contested at regionals but not contested at the USFF National Championships, but  winners at Regionals will be considered for 'At Large' bids, age appropriately, at the U10, U12, U14 and U16 categories, respectively.

• FLIGHTS ARE LIMITED TO FOUR (4) TEAMS, Registrations accepted on a first come - first serve basis only.  Waiting list registrations will be notified of their status and any status change thereafter.
• Team rosters are limited to 12 players maximum.
• The top two teams in each age division will qualify for the U.S. Futsal Federation Northeast / Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships being held at the Mansfield Sportsplex in Mansfield, MA and Mass Premier Courts in Foxboro, MA, during the President's Day Weekend of February 16-18, 2008
• Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
• All of the requested information must be filled out.  A team coach or representative must sign below and submit the registration online by clicking on the "submit" button found below.    VERY IMPORTANT:  Each team must also send in copies of their team roster, player and coach waiver forms, the team registration fee and birth certificates before the team registration is considered or accepted.  Teams will NOT be considered registered without all documents and payments submitted.
• Team Registration fees are $295. per team for U10-U14, $325. per team for u16, $375. per team for U19 & $495. per team for Adults.  An additional $50. late fee will be assessed to ALL registrations received after January 1, 2008. Team Fees MUST be submitted prior to the event and teams will NOT be considered registered without all with requisite team documentation and payments satisfied. • Medals and trophies will be presented and the top two teams in each category shall receive an invitation to compete at the USFF Northeast / Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships being held in Mansfield February 16-18, 2008.
