Two Massachusetts
Futsal teams come home to New England as finalists at the 2007 USFF Northeast / Mid Atlantic Regional
Championships that took place February 17-19, 2007.
The New England Futsal Men's team placed as first runner up after losing
in the finals to the Southern Maryland Futsal team.
The Boys U10 team from Revere Massachusetts also took first runner up
title after losing to the Manhattan Kickers in the finals of their age
division.
Both teams qualify for the 22nd Annual U.S. Futsal National
Championships schedule to take place in Anaheim, California in July
2007.
Massachusetts has experienced a great deal of growth in the sport
in recent years and represents New England as that state with the
largest level of participation. We wish our teams all the
success they deserve at the games in July.
